January topic: guppies

Deb will be our speaker for our Jan meeting. Deb has more then a decade of experience with guppies. Deb will bring a few fry and samples of good/bad gups???

i will bring a few groups of fry from my multi color snake strains for the raffle, so set up your tanks with old water and get them cycling now LOL
I have not shown guppies but have spent most of my time with them learning color genetics to satisfy my own curiousity. I can answer basic questions about breeding and setups, genetics, what is desirable in todays show guppies, etc. I will try to bring a jar with some assorted guppies so we can talk about culling, the guppy breeder's most important job. looking forward to my first meeting so i can put faces with names, wish i had found the club long ago...
