March 2013 meeting

A presentation on Daphnia culture will be the topic at the next meeting. Some starters of Daphnia will be available for those who would like to try their luck. In addition a group discussion regarding shipping fish will be discussed.

wherever "there " turns out to be. I will be bringing snakeskin guppies and fry that need homes... i am trying to limit the population in the small tanks i am using before moving and the dang things keep procreating! Hopefully there will be somebody wanting to get in on the guppy challenge! These should be just coloring up by then, and there will be a few nice mature adults whose fry I have enough of to continue the lines. Also bringing $$ for my pre ordered Spirulina and Bee pollen. would love to have some of the daphnia, i already have my green water started!

I'll be bringing pre-ordered pounds of spirulina and bee pollen... plus some extras in case anyone else suddenly wants some.

Thanks for opening your house up to us Gina & Brad. The fishroom was magical. i know i could get lost for hours in a room like that.. beautiful fish, lovely tanks very nicely set up... gives me something to aim for when i set up my fish room at the new place!
Nice to set faces to names on the forum, too, looking forward to the next meeting (if i'm still here!)
