Rio Von Flame Tetras Empty Rio Von Flame Tetras

Just dropped some Rio Von Flame Tetras in my barb/tetra tank last night. Two are still doing well but one didn't make it today while I was at work. Any knowledge if this was likely due to stress or fighting? I can't see any signs of injury.

I love Tetras, im curious are those the only Tetra you have in your aquarium? what species of Barbs do you have? I cant give a confident answer without knowing a little more info Razz
