FREE FLUORESCENT BULB

Does anyone run 4' T12 lights? I have a lamp(bulb) I bought when I thought mine had gone bad. As it turned out it wasn't the lamp, so it has never actually been run. I got a new T5 fixture so I have no use for it. I think I paid $6 for it, but its free to a club member. It is a:
