Did anyone enter yet? I'm planning on it but I'm not so great with the camera so there might be a slim chance someone could will win it...lol.

I thought, "What the heck" and entered too. Have never been to his shop because I thought it was all reef/saltwater. Now I see it's not! Planning on going there tomorrow and seeing what all he's got.

entered two tanks. There are some nice salt water tanks that are going to be tough to beat. Oh well maybe next time he will have a category for fresh water and a category for salt water.

I hope next time he just allows pictures of anything aquarium related - like an individual fish.

I dont really have display tanks so I really couldn't enter. :-(

I went there for the first time this afternoon and was impressed. I had no idea he had all that there! I picked up a few punctatus cories in lieu of panda cories -which I'd really wanted but he was all out of; and one marble angel I wasn't planning on getting previously. And I got the 20% off from the coupon I'd printed, having entered the photo contest. Saved me $6.00, so I was pleased.

He said the voting ends with the end of the entry date, and that since I'd entered just yesterday, I kind of got in on the tail end of it. He said that was one of the reasons he offered the 20% off, so people who did just get in towards the end would at least get something out of it (as they would be less likey to win, having less exposure and a shorter number of days to get voted on).

Thanks guys, for posting about this. If I hadn't seen this post, I would have gone on blindly thinking we only had Petco and PPSupply in town. Oh, and I did tell him I'd found out about his place from the group/forum here.
