bristle nose pleco
Suggestions:
My bristle nose pleco has spawned. For some reason they did not spawn in a cave but spawn on the bottom of the tank on the glass. I have a male watching the pile of eggs and there are a few small fish in the tank that can not eat the eggs/fry. The only other thing in the tank are several other female bristle nose. Should I leave the eggs / should I pull them and try to hatch them on their own?
Any suggestions?

bristle nose.
Leave the eggs, the male will fan them and take care of them. We had some hatch once, but I couldn't keep the little ones going. Neat!

Re: bristle nose pleco
I lost the first batch due to a learning curve. The second batch was lost due to a heater issue, I have about 20 babies from the third batch that is doing well. Thet have not laid again. I picked up another pair from Harry Eng in St. Charles, IL.
He is selling adult albino pairs with the LF gene for $20, juv for 7.50. The pair I purchase was the biggest pair I have ever seen.
You can see his add on the GCCA web site. I do not know if he ships. If you get some let me know, I may want to try and get some LF from him.
I have been feeding mine real good and I am hopping I can get them breeding again. If they start breeding I will have a ton of them.
