I picked up a few Betta to try and breed for the contest. I have them housed in a half full (I'm the optimistic type) 10 gallon tank. If anyone has an old small heater I can use, I would gladly take it off your hands.

Thanks, Randy

I have one you can borrow.

Did your bettas arrive yet?

Any update on your angel pair?

I broke the golden rule on Bettas and picked them up from Kens aquarium in Decatur. I got an adult red male and a young blue female. Everything I read online says to purchase from breeders, but so far, the male has built a bubble nest, and the female seems interested. I have yet to release the female into the tank.
As for the angels, they are eating well, and spending a lot of time hanging around the PVC pipe, but no eggs. Any suggestions on how I can set the mood and help with the process?
