Big fish, little fish
Well the general rule is any big fish will eat little fish however, I have swords mixed in with goldies in a 75 gallon and there is enough plant cover that I see baby swords hiding. I have seen the bigger goldies give chase but they lose interest as the fry dart into the plants. Scoop out the fry if you are worried. Duckweed doubles itself in size everyday, pretty amazing stuff. You could just scoop it out and feed your goldies everyday. Of course you will accidentally scoop out small fries too.

I've had luck with rainbows, but they would definitely easy your fry. Personally I would just leave it, all those little plants will just soak up nutrients and keep your tank water clean. Every scoop of Duckweed that you take out is nitrates that aren't harming your fry.

This may be a stupid question but I will ask anyway.
Could I dip this out, let it dry, crumble it up and feed it to my fish?

I've heard it will rehydrate and start spreading again. But it won't hurt to try it.
