Nice plastic 55 Gallon barrels
If anyone is interested in some nice 55 gallon plastic barrels I have a contact. They are very heavy gauge plastic, food grade, and contained carmel coloring.
Kind of a bear to rinse out (would have been easier if I could have done it outside with a hose), but it made the fish room smell like carmel.
Only $10 each, and even if you dont have a use for them now, I'd consider it at that price. I got one to use with my planned RO unit, but might get a couple more just because.
Here's a pic of the one I got:
Let me know if you are interested and I'll get the guys email. He lives near the intersection of College and Blair in Normal.

Thanks for the tip/letting us know. I can't think of any use I'd have for one (now or in the future). But it sure looks like something I'd drag home (I know I can find a good use for this!). Not interested at this point. But, out of curiosity, does the whole lid come off? Or just the pouring spouts?

Just the pouring spouts unscrew open. It's thick enough plastic that you could cut holes in the top or cut it odd completely.
55 gallon containers
I would like the contact information of the gentleman I can get these from please.

I'll have to see if I can find it. Been a while since I saw it.
I can bring it to the meeting on the 10th.

Have you done any research on your ro unit? I would like to get a ro unit to.
