Hot Magnum blowout

Not as sexy as it sounds, last night after the thunderstorm, my magnum filter blew out and sprayed 25 gallons all over the basement....YAY! At first I thought the tank sprung a leak but I found the culprit broken part at the bottom of the tank. Almost half the water volume of a 75 gallon is on the floor. The good news is I don't have to replace the tank at least and the fish are fine. Thank goodness it was in the basement. Oh so fun

Basement or not, not fun at all. lol
