Wholesale fish order

Post  DavidZ on Wed Jan 25, 2012 10:00 am

The price list can be found on CITAC's website at www.citac-il.org

We'll probably go around the first week of March assuming there is enough interest.

The list changes often and I'll post updates every wednesday or so until we go.

Note on frozen food: most frozen food comes in a multi-pak. For example, item:

WSF88053 Bloodworms 4 oz (12 Pack) 2.33

Is 12 packs of 4oz bloodworms for 2.33 each or a total of $27.96. You cannot break up items sold in packs.

Any questions let me know.

Thanks

I would also like to know what size a medium clown loach is?

Depending on the week I should be good for at least a $60 order!

Word is that these are approx 2 inches. My experience is that they are at least that. The smalls we got Aaron last time were probably 2" or so.

So the "official" answer is that the mediums are approx 2".

Price on the latest price list is wrong, it has the mediums cheaper than the smalls. Correct price is in the 5.90 range. Will correct in the next update.

I'll be going to get fish on 2/24 as long as we have enough interest.

As I put on the website, I try and keep this simple but you know how that goes.... So here are some basic guidelines to answer most questions: http://www.citac-il.org/guidelines.pdf

Key to making this work for everyone is communication. If you have any questions, suggestions or special requests let me know. I can be reached at david@davidzink.com or 287-7398.

We got some pretty nice fish last time up for rock bottom prices so I hope everyone takes advantage of the opportunity. Great way to try new frozen foods or to stock up on ones you use.

You can email Mark or me your orders at any time. Must have them paid for by 2/23.

Thanks.

DZ

I'm changing the date of the pick up by one day. I can't go that Friday, so Mark and I are going Thursday the 23rd. Orders will need to be submitted and paid for by the 22nd.

Thanks.

We made a 'minimum' of $50 per person so that people wouldn't order $2 worth of fish. As long as it's somthing reasonable we're ok with it.

I am interested in 5 each of P2060 and P2061 if you decide to actually attend the sale. Today you expressed some reservations about that. Let me know and I will send you the cash via Paypal. I am well aware that this does not meet the $50 minimum posted elsewhere. The forum name may be obscure to you but I am the one who brought the banana worms to the meeting.
